Our partners who create these products make them to order for you and at times there can be small delays or unexpected hiccups. We thank you in advance for respecting the integrity of their process and for your patience.

Below is our fulfillment policy.

  • Refund policy — The Farmers Finds boxes are non-refundable and not exchangeable for a different product.

  • Delivery policy — Customer are charged for each monthly shipment prior to the box being shipped. Customers receive their boxes within 2-3 weeks after being charged. Gift subscription customers are charged for the entirety of the gift value when the gift subscription is purchased and the gift subscription must be fulfilled on our website to trigger their box deliveries. When the gift subscription is purchased, you or the recipient will receive a unique gift code. They should come back to this website and on the homepage click the button that says, “Redeem your gift subscription here,” and enter their information. They will begin receiving their gift deliveries 2-3 weeks after redemption.

  • Return policy – The Farmers Finds shipments cannot be returned unless there is an error on the part of The Farmers Finds or if goods are damaged in shipping, The Farmers Finds will replace the product.

  • Cancellation policy — Monthly customers can cancel any time. Gift subscriptions are not cancellable.
