Candied jalapenos that are still firm, spicy and sweet. Great on a burger, as a snack or on some cream cheese. The number on1 pickled product from Whiskey Ridge goes great as a snack, on cream cheese, pitas, tacos and more. It's sweet and warm and our version really is a step up from the normal mass produced pickled peppers. We use fresh jalapenos, and during the normal growing season, they come from Cadiz, KY . In most cases, it's picked to canned in less than 48 hours which makes all the difference. Made by hand in 15 lb batches and packed tight for more jalapenos per fluid oz. Most of the brine is dumped so it makes it less sweet and gives it a little less "bitter" finish than the big name brands.
