Born out of a craving for the flavors of Mexican inspired southwest cuisine, Hot Mama Salsa products are created and small batch produced in Portland Oregon using traditional ethnic cooking methods and fresh local ingredients. This sauce is for the real sweet heat lover, it is warm and fruity with a hint of warming spice and heavenly aroma from the lavender. We have a friendship with a Lavender farm in Oregon City and this sauce was created for their annual festival. They grow a culinary lavender that is warm and spiced, not perfume like at all.

Ingredients: Peaches, Habaneros, Organic Dark Agave Syrup, Lemon Juice, Lime Juice, Tomato Juice, White Balsamic Vinegar, Sea Salt, Brown Sugar, Dried Lavender Flowers.
